Case Study
Grainger PR embarked on a publicity campaign for a pioneering service
offered by Angus company Bee-Organic, allowing parents to pick up a
fruit or vegetable box while collecting their child, saving petrol and
time as well as improving their children’s diets.
By swapping supermarket-bought produce for local, healthy and convenient
fruit and vegetables, the school’s parent council will also receive
a percentage of the parents’ spend.
We organised a photo-shoot in one of the nurseries which the project
was being piloted in and, with the help of some cheery, fruit and veg-loving
toddlers, subsequently secured some visual and inspiring coverage in
a range of newspapers including The Times Educational Supplement Scotland
(TESS), The Herald (Society), Daily Mail and The Scotsman.
Testimonial
Roger Beecroft, Managing Director said, "I had a plan to raise my awareness
but didn't really know how to get started. Claire was able to identify
a good story from the work I was doing and, before I knew it, a photo-shoot
had been set up and I was plastered across the media! Claire is a very
professional person and has the network of contacts to get things done
calmly and efficiently. Great job."
